What is a pop up wedding? A pop up wedding is the ultimate in minimalist wedding planning. You decide how many guests you want (0-25), and what day you want to get married. If you like, you can also choose a color palette. Your wedding planner will take it from there, and put together the perfect celebration for you. ♥
Pop up weddings are the ultimate wedding planning hack, as we recently explained over on The Bridechilla Blog! It may be something sweet and simple in a secluded garden, elegant and chic in an art museum, or fun and lively at a local brewery. Whatever, you’re personal style, we’ll craft something unique and special for you. Then, on the day of the wedding, the two of you arrive with your marriage license in hand, and get married. That’s it!
We offer three pop up wedding packages, based on the number of guests you’d like present and the type of experience and memories you want us to create.

Elopement Package – $2,800
Just you and your other half! ♥ Your pop up wedding planner will select and contract a location and the following vendors for you:
- An officiant to perform your choice of secular or non-secular 15 minute ceremony, and submit the paperwork to make it legit.
- A photographer who will provide one hour of shooting, as well as an online gallery of up to 25 pictures.
- Flowers for you both, in your colors, if selected when signing the contract.
Simple Pop Up Package – $4,000
The two of you, and up to ten of your closest friends and family members. Your pop up wedding planner will select and contract a location and the following vendors for you:
- An officiant to perform your choice of secular or non-secular 15 minute ceremony, and submit the paperwork to make it legit.
- A photographer who will provide two hours of shooting, as well as an online gallery of up to 25 pictures.
- Flowers for you both, in your colors, if selected when signing the contract.
- A mini cake! Because you can’t invite people and not have cake. That would just be wrong.
Joyous Pop Up Package – $5,500
This is our most popular pop up wedding package! For the two of you, and up to 25 guests, your pop up wedding planner will select and contract a location and the following vendors:
- An officiant to perform your choice of secular or non-secular 15 minute ceremony, and submit the paperwork to make it legit.
- Seating for guests, if necessary.
- A photographer who will provide three hours of shooting, as well as an online gallery of up to 50 pictures.
- Flowers for you both, in your colors, if selected when signing the contract.
- A small wedding cake with topper keepsake.
- A mini buffet, food truck, or similar type of service for after the ceremony.
